~ Criticized for your expression
~ You need to fit in and make peace
~ You aren't good enough, smart enough, deserving or worthy enough (so why try)
We took on these beliefs and messages, carrying giant baggage of all these thoughts, beliefs, emotions, expectations and there's no room to know, let alone, be and express who we really are (and feel safe doing it).
It is not your fault that it's hard to express yourself truthfully and authentically because you've been shamed, judged, and conditioned.
But you don't have to stay this way.
You are actually the key to unlocking your freedom, your expression, your truth.

We all have past traumas and dramas that are stored in our body, and creating limiting beliefs that convince us to stay small, unspoken, and restricted in our authentic self-expression. Even in terms of our society, women have been programmed to be repressed. It's time for change, and it starts with us now. Through tapping and Matrix Re-Imprinting we will be releasing the limiting and harmful stories, experiences, paradigms of the past as a collective, and you will also have focused 1-1 sessions with me to really dive in deep and create new neural pathways that support and empower you in expressing your true, authentic, Modern Goddess Self.

Somatic Release
We now know that trauma is stored in the body, and when it comes to changing patterns it is necessary to create new neural pathways for the brain so it doesn't keep responding to past traumas. I will be adding in additional somatic techniques (EFT is also a somatic technique) and practices that will help us connect with our bodies and release stuck energy and trauma especially connected to our expression.

By the end you will have:
~ Tools to support you in releasing at home any time and anywhere, when you are feeling stuck.

~ Created healing in your expression centers of your body, especially your throat chakra, so you can feel confident communicating and expressing yourself in all areas of your life.
