How Your Own Self-Permission Gives Others The Permission Too, The Power In Leading By Example

How would you show up differently if you knew your own courage encouraged others to be courageous too?

This is the power of leading by example. I always tell clients that "you giving yourself permission to do what you want, say what you want, and unapologetically express who you really are gives others the permission to do the same!" You are naturally leading others who MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR THAT PERMISSION TOO. You get to be that for not only yourself, but for others as well.

How beautiful is that?

I recently took my own advice when I was in a class and I was waiting for the teacher to give me the permission to use my voice (a very scary act for me). Inside I was pleading, please, please give me the permission to growl and RAWR like a lioness!

I finally said, why am I waiting for someone else to give me this permission to speak, to express, to live..

I looked at my friend in the room who was dancing like a beautiful Goddess and I just WENT RAWR!!!! the next moment was beautiful because I witnessed all these other women start to bark and rawr out loud!

We are ripples, if you knew your own courage in stepping outside of your comfort zone would inspire someone else to break free too, what would you do differently? How would you show up to not only inspire yourself but be an inspiration to those around you.

You are worthy, you are deserving, you are good enough, you are lovable and you have the courage and strength within you to RAWR!
